The Role
We are looking for a Mid-Level QA Engineer with a strong background in test automation and AI-assisted testing tools to support our development team. This role will work across our portfolio companies, ensuring that our full-stack .NET applications are highly maintainable, scalable, and high-performance.
The ideal candidate has deep experience in automation testing, 6+ months of hands-on experience with AI-powered QA tools, and a solid understanding of modern software testing strategies, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Responsibilities
•    Develop and maintain automated test suites for full-stack .NET applications using AI-assisted testing tools.
•    Leverage AI-powered tools (e.g., TestRigor, Mabl, GitHub Copilot for Test Automation, etc.) to accelerate test creation and execution.
•    Implement automated functional, integration, regression, and performance testing to ensure application reliability and scalability.
•    Work closely with developers using AI-generated code (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to validate functionality and maintain quality.
•    Participate actively in code reviews and Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, standups, retrospectives) to ensure testability of new features.
•    Design and implement continuous testing strategies within CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or similar).
•    Monitor test execution and analyze AI-driven test results to proactively identify and resolve issues.
•    Advocate for shift-left testing, ensuring quality is embedded early in the development cycle.
•    Develop load, stress, and security testing scripts to ensure system resilience.

Requirements
•    3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on test automation.
•    6+ months of hands-on experience with AI-driven QA tools (e.g., TestRigor, Mabl, or similar).
•    Strong understanding of test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, etc.).
•    Proficiency in writing automated tests for APIs, databases, and UI components.
•    Experience working within Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban) and participating in code reviews.
•    Hands-on experience integrating automated tests within CI/CD pipelines.
•    Strong problem-solving skills and ability to leverage AI for faster test creation and debugging.

Nice-to-Have
•    Experience with performance testing using JMeter, k6, or similar.
•    Experience with security testing tools.
